Privacy Policy

1.1 Crash Logs: We collect crash logs for analytics and app performance improvement purposes.

1.2 Device and Advertising IDs: We may collect device, advertising, and app instance identifiers for app functionality, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, security, and subscription management.

1.3 Purchases and Subscription Status: We collect and process purchase history, subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal and cancellation status, and related customer support information through RevenueCat to provide Premium features and subscription management.

1.4 User and Device Identifiers: We collect identifiers such as a RevenueCat app-user ID, app install ID, device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available and permitted by platform settings or consent, Supabase user ID, Discord user ID, and PostHog distinct ID. These identifiers are used for app functionality, analytics, account linking, advertising, fraud prevention, and subscription entitlement management.

1.5 Product Interaction and Usage Data: We collect app interaction data such as app launches, screen views, feature usage, paywall views, purchase funnel events, connection events, customer center events, server additions, and Discord linking events for analytics and product improvement.

1.6 Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers where available and permitted, device identifiers, IP address, ad impressions, ad interactions, rewarded ad events, and related diagnostic data for third-party advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and analytics.

1.7 Diagnostics and Performance Data: We collect crash reports, stack traces, performance metrics, app version, device model, operating system version, and related diagnostic data through services such as Sentry, Firebase, and Google SDKs, depending on SDK configuration, to detect crashes, improve performance, and maintain app reliability.

1.8 Approximate Location: PostHog GeoIP may derive approximate location from IP address for analytics. Google AdMob and other advertising or measurement providers may also process IP address to estimate general location for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service operation.

1.9 Account Linking: If you link Discord, we may collect and store Discord OAuth identifiers, Supabase account identifiers, and profile information provided by Discord, such as username, display name, or email address if provided, to support account linking, rewards, customer support, and account management.

1.10 Uploaded Resource Packs: If you upload resource packs or other files through Lunar, we may collect and store the files you upload and related metadata to provide the hosted resource pack feature. Uploaded resource packs are private to your account and are not made public or intentionally shared with other users.

To request deletion of your Lunar account and associated data, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete Lunar Account". We may ask you to verify ownership of the Discord account or RevenueCat app-user ID linked to the request.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days where feasible. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or app store subscription/payment compliance. Subscription and purchase records managed by Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or payment providers may need to be managed through those services.
