Terms of Service and License Agreement

1.1 License Grant: Lunar Proxy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 Restrictions: You shall not, and shall not allow any third party to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Attempt to crack or use this app in any way without paying the license fee, if a license is required;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the App;
• Change the name, logo, or any branding elements of the App;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the App, including advertisements;
• Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Share or distribute your account and/or access to the app to any other person or entity.

4.1 Termination by Licensor: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license and your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach any terms of this Agreement or engage in any unauthorized use of the App.

4.2 Survival: Sections 2, 3, and 5 of this Agreement shall survive any termination or expiration.

7.1 Purchase Terms: The price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the price and interval disclosed at checkout, subject to any subsequent price changes notified in accordance with the billing provider's rules. Prepaid passes do not renew automatically.

7.2 Apple App Store Purchases: Purchases billed by Apple are subject to Apple's applicable purchase and refund terms and consumer law. Request a refund through Apple's refund service. Apple determines whether to approve these requests; Lunar does not guarantee approval. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account's subscription settings. 7.3 Google Play Purchases: Purchases billed by Google Play are subject to the Google Play refund policies and consumer law. Eligibility depends on the purchase and your circumstances, including your location. You can request a refund through Google Play or contact Lunar at support@lunarproxy.net for purchase support and review of a refund request. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play's subscription settings.

7.4 PC Money-Back Guarantee: PC subscriptions purchased directly from Lunar come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact our support team on Discord or at support@lunarproxy.net within 7 days of purchase to request a full refund. We will process eligible requests within a reasonable timeframe. This additional guarantee applies to direct PC purchases, not purchases billed by Apple or Google Play.

7.5 Cancellation: Cancel an auto-renewing subscription through the provider that bills you before its renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Canceling a subscription does not itself refund previous charges. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or the provider's terms change that entitlement. Deleting the app or your Lunar account does not cancel a store subscription.

7.6 Your Rights: Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, any guarantee applicable when you purchased, or your right to contact your store or payment provider about a charge. Please contact us if you need help with a purchase.
