Terms of Service and License Agreement

Please read this Terms of Service and License Agreement carefully before using Lunar Proxy. By using the App "Lunar Proxy", you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant and Restrictions

1.1 License Grant: Lunar Proxy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 Restrictions: You shall not, and shall not allow any third party to:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
  • Attempt to crack or use this app in any way without paying the license fee, if a license is required;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the App;
  • Change the name, logo, or any branding elements of the App;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the App, including advertisements;
  • Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
  • Share or distribute your account and/or access to the app to any other person or entity.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including but not limited to any content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, is the property of Licensor and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights or interests in the App, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Licensor.

3. Advertising

The App may include advertisements from third-party partners. You agree not to block, remove, or interfere with the display of these advertisements in any way.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Licensor: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license and your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach any terms of this Agreement or engage in any unauthorized use of the App.

4.2 Survival: Sections 2, 3, and 5 of this Agreement shall survive any termination or expiration.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States of America.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you should immediately cease using the App.
